What do I pay, and when?
Half of the build price up front and the other half when the site is live. The monthly is a flat amount for your plan.
What does the monthly cover?
Hosting, changes, and me answering the phone. New hours, new photos, a new service — text me and it's done. You never log in to anything.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from the start to a live site.
Which plan do I need?
If you work for yourself and need three to five pages, Starter. Most businesses fit Standard. If you have more than one location, or need online booking or inventory, that's Custom. Call me and I'll tell you straight which one fits — including if it's the cheaper one.
Who do I talk to when I need something?
Me. There's no support queue and no account manager. The person who built your site is the person who picks up.
